  • Payment for booking a tele consultation via HYGIAI platform must be made at the time of booking.

  • The total amount payable for an appointment booking, including any additional fee, will be clearly displayed before confirming the booking.

3. The Clinics Subscription

  • As per the packages provided and agreed, clinics need to subscribe.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and insurance coverage.

4. Currency and Conversion

  • All payments will be processed in the currency specified on the platform.
  • If a payment is made in a different currency, currency conversion fees may apply, and the final amount charged may vary based on the current exchange rate.

5. Payment Security

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds for Clinic Subscription are subject to the respective cancellation and refund policies of the individual clinics. Refunds will not be processed for the Symptom Checker. Please check the refund policy for Teleconsultation payments.
  • Refunds for service fees will be provided only if specified in writing.
